Billing & Policies
❊ We are accepting new clients in both locations. All of our practitioners direct bill to most major benefits plans.
❊ Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, full payment will be required.
❊ PLEASE NOTE: We are not currently accepting WCB or ICBC claims .

Nelson Location:
The main entrance is the side entrance on Josephine Street, across from Ellisons. If the building is locked when you arrive for your appointment, please wait for your practitioner to come let you in.
